🌟 Now Hiring: Member Services Representative

📍 Location: Remote in Arizona

🗓️ Start Date: November 3, 2025

🕒 Training Shift: Mon–Fri, 8AM–4PM PST (7 weeks)

🕒 Regular Hours : 6AM–8PM PST with weekend rotation & some holidays

💼 Job Overview

Join a dynamic team dedicated to supporting health plan members with empathy and excellence. As a Member Services Representative, you’ll be the voice of care and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Advocate for members by resolving inquiries about benefits, eligibility, referrals, and claims
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and compassion
• Ensure member satisfaction through proactive support and problem-solving

🎯 Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center experience
• Bilingual required : Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese
• Health plan experience preferred

• 🏠 Workplace: 100% Remote (must reside in AZ)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
