Overview:

We’re looking for a seasoned UI/UX Designer with over 5 years of professional experience to help create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. This role requires a blend of user research, creative design, and strategic thinking to shape solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and other methods to identify target user groups and understand their needs.
• Design and deliver customized, high-quality digital experiences based on research insights and product requirements.
• Create deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, storyboards, site maps, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Guide the application of UX research methods and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and maintain a strong awareness of competitor products.
• Translate product specs and user psychology into smart, effective design decisions.
• Communicate confidently with clients—presenting designs, handling feedback, and explaining your approach.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience with A/B testing and optimizing UI elements (e.g., CTAs, landing pages, banners, and navigation flows).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design .
• Proven ability to align design work with business goals and metrics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to present ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) and Figma.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to address complex UI challenges.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Analytical thinking and business acumen.
• Detail-oriented with a solid grasp of information architecture and interaction design principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
