Looking for CDL Class A drivers that currently do not have any OTR driving experience. We are willing to provide you with the opportunity to earn it with us. Applicants must have a valid CDL Class A license, have a relatively clean DMV record, be 21 years or older, and pass a background check to participate. You must be willing to complete 30 days consecutive OTR with a trainer to help establish your experience and build your confidence. This will ensure you become a safe and confident driver. During your first 30 days you will earn $700 per week. Once training is completed your weekly compensation can rise to $1000 to $1600 on average. Once you come back from training you can take up to 5 days off then will work with your terminal manager to select a full-time run. We have OTR, dedicated, and regional opportunities available to you once you have successfully finished your 30 day training. Dedicated and regional runs can get you home more often. They usually can have you home weekly for your 34-hour reset whereas OTR will have you out for 10-14 days at a time before coming home. We do occasionally get local positions. We also occasionally have dedicated runs that will take trainee drivers. These options can be explored during the phone interview.
