Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment process for technical roles. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for various technical positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sourcing and Attracting Talent:
    Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach to identify and attract potential candidates.
    Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  2. Screening and Selection:
    Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to the position requirements.
    Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit with company culture.
    Coordinate technical interviews and manage the interview process in collaboration with hiring managers and technical teams.
  3. Candidate Experience:
    Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
    Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring candidates are well-prepared and informed about the process.
  4. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
    Work closely with hiring managers to understand the technical skills required for each position and develop appropriate job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
    Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate feedback.
  5. Offer Management:
    Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and finalize the hiring process in collaboration with the HR department.
    Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  6. Data Management and Reporting:
    Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and hiring activities.
    Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.
Qualifications:
  1. Education and Experience:
    Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
    Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role, preferably in the tech industry.
  2. Skills and Competencies:
    Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
    Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.
    Strong organizational and time management skills.
    High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  2. Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
  3. Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  4. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
