Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

Sourcing and screening of potential IT/ Engineering/other candidates for contract, contact-to-hire and permanent openings with our clients
Analyze candidate information to determine matches between candidates and job openings
Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements using VMS tool or the Account Executive
Provide full-cycle recruiting assistance including Interview schedule request with clients, candidate development, offer negotiation and coordinate screening activities
Work with sourcing recruiters and other team members to devise and apply creative strategies to develop new candidates in our ATS
Assist with other recruitment programs and projects as needed
Might require to travel

Position KSA's: (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

Minimum 1-2 years experience in contract staffing industry
Experience using 3 rd party job boards and navigation tools
Must have a strong negotiating, interpersonal, verbal/written skills
Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Have a high sense of urgency and passion towards success

Position KRA's: (Key Responsible Areas)

Percentage of achievable monthly placement goals
Number of qualified candidates in the database
Number of hot list candidates for the given specified IT/ Engineering bucket (Organized recruiting -expected number is 10 at any given point)
Conversion ratio (offers vs. closures)
Total gross margin achieved for Quarterly placements goals
