We are seeking a talented and passionate Sr. UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create exceptional user experiences for various mobile and web applications, contributing to innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Transform designs into technical products, including templates and themes for mobile and web applications.
• Analyze business requirements and user needs to create user flows and task flow diagrams.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes for stakeholder and user feedback.
• Create visually appealing mock-ups that align with UI guidelines and brand standards.
• Utilize the companys design system to develop new templates and user flows.
• Collaborate with product managers and user researchers to understand customer needs and make informed design decisions.
• Negotiate technical feasibility of designs with engineering teams and support agile development.

Skills

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in UX/UI design, particularly with design systems in Figma.
• Proficiency in creating production-ready screens for Android and iOS devices.
• Strong understanding of usability and accessibility standards.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
• Ability to distill complex information into simple, user-friendly designs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing enterprise SaaS products.
• Familiarity with design, prototyping, and productivity tools such as Jira and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A portfolio showcasing your design approach and impact through highlighted work samples or case studies.
• Enthusiasm for design craftsmanship and a commitment to continuous improvement.
