Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a Software Development III (ServiceNow Software Developer) for our client in the Engineering domain. Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Salary: $50.00-$55.00/Hourly

Role Description: The Software Development III (ServiceNow Software Developer) must have 5+ years of experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of ServiceNow hands on experience. May consider additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Must have hands on ServiceNow development experience across multiple modules in particular experience with Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Experience with HTML5, Angular JS, jQuery and CSS
- Active ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) Certification or the ability to obtain certification within 3 months of hire date.
- Familiarity with organizational change management
- Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum concepts
- Knowledge of ITIL concepts
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
- Attention to Detail is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail.
- Demonstrates a high degree of customer service and teamwork.
- Works well with clients and other vendors in achieving mission success and is committed to providing quality products and services.
- Strong Communication Skills: be able to express key ideas and obtain tangible feedback from cross-functional team members and stakeholders.
- Must possess strong creative, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: identifies risks and problems and be able to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to generate and evaluate alternatives and to make recommendations.

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification
- ITIL v3 Foundations Certification
- Presentation and requirements elicitation skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience
Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
