In this role, you'll be the driving force behind daily operations, team development, and strategic growth - ensuring customers receive exceptional service while the business scales efficiently. Salary: $95,000 - $145,000/yr. (Based on skills and experience) Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a high-performing team to meet and exceed operational and financial targets. Oversee daily rental operations including launches, returns, swaps, and customer support. Step in to resolve workflow challenges, customer escalations, and morale concerns. Partner with garage operations to ensure vehicles are ready and turnaround times are fast. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, approvals, performance reviews, and hiring. Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics to leadership. Qualifications: Previous experience with rental car services, strong customer service and General Manager. 4+ years in operations, logistics, automotive, retail, or rental environments. 3+ years of leadership experience in a dynamic, fast-moving setting. Proven ability to motivate teams, manage priorities, and deliver measurable results. Strong communication skills - clear, honest, and motivating under pressure. Grit, adaptability, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. Proficiency in Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
