Job Description

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in Schools
• Significant/Severe Caseload Experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Support students during mealtime, including feeding and ensuring dietary restrictions are followed.
• Help students with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure their safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with teachers and therapists to implement individualized care plans.
• Foster a nurturing and respectful environment that promotes students' independence and dignity.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and activities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience working with individuals with special needs or in a healthcare setting is a plus.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow directions.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to the well-being of students.
