Executive Assistant The Executive Assistant performs a wide range of administrative duties for executive management and designated senior level staff, including screening calls; managing calendars and schedules; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; conducting research; preparing correspondence, reports and presentations; handling information requests; receiving visitors; arranging conference calls; and coordinating activities of assigned administrative personnel. Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a timely manner while ensuring and safeguarding the confidential nature of discussions and shared information.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED required 
• 5+ years of administrative support experience at the management or executive level.
• High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• California driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance (for travel between sites).

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or healthcare environment.
• Experience with reviewing, editing, and maintaining contracts.

The pay range for this position is $27.38 - 39.70 per hour.
