International Sports Management (ISM) is the global leader in upscale corporate hospitality and ticketing programs at major sports events like the U.S. Open, World Cup, Super Bowl, Ryder Cup, Kentucky Derby, and many more. Our clients include top executives from the biggest companies worldwide. We have achieved this by prioritizing our customers and our dedicated team.

Successful candidates will be responsible for new business development. This role involves initial cold outreach via phone calls (meaning you haven't spoken to the contact before). We will teach you how to warm calls using your personality and communication skills. Your targets will be top executives within the organizations you contact. Promotions within the companyincluding into Sales Managementare available for successful sales professionals. Note: this is not a telemarketing or customer service role; please do not apply if that is your interest.

You will:

  1. Learn how to approach corporate executives (C-Suite, Presidents, VPs) across America
  2. Deliver our value proposition clearly and enthusiastically
  3. Drive sales activities including prospect outreach, lead development, setting meetings, and maintaining your CRM
  4. Have opportunities to earn significant income and travel to top sports events

We provide:

  • Base salary + commission + bonus, with uncapped earning potential
  • Bonuses in cash and prizes (monthly, quarterly, annually)

  • First-year average earnings range from $58K-$80K+ (including base + commission); second-year earnings $80K+
