Juris Doctor in good standing with the CA Bar plus:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of employment law experience
  • Counseled clients and litigated wage and hour cases, class action cases, as well as employment discrimination and wrongful termination matters in California state and federal courts
  • Familiar with wage laws, leave, and compliance matters (FMLA, CFRA, ADA, FLSA and Ca Labor Codes), policy development, compliance training and managing pre-litigation disputes
