Job Description Your new company I've partnered with a local developer owner operator, a leading property management firm, which is actively seeking a Director of Property Management to oversee their multi-family portfolio in Los Angeles, CA. Your new role Oversee the management of a diverse portfolio of residential properties. Supervise property management teams and ensure high standards of service. Develop and implement operational strategies for assigned properties. Prepare financial statements, operating, and leasing metrics. Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely, reliable service. Maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure high levels of satisfaction. What you'll need to succeed Minimum of 10 years of experience in property management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
