Job Title : Audi Parts Consultant

Location : Audi- Riverside, CA

Department : Service

Reports To : Department Managers

As an Audi Parts Consultant , you will be the key contact for both customers and technicians in identifying, sourcing, and providing genuine Audi parts and accessories. You will play a vital role in ensuring efficient service operations, maintaining accurate inventory, and delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects the Audi brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist retail customers, service technicians, and wholesale clients in person, by phone, and via email.
• Accurately identify required parts using Audi’s electronic parts catalog and dealership systems.
• Process orders, prepare invoices, and ensure accurate billing in compliance with Audi and dealership policies.
• Advise customers and technicians on part alternatives, availability, and lead times.
• Recommend additional parts, accessories, and service items to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with stocking, receiving, and organizing parts inventory, maintaining accuracy and cleanliness of the parts department.
• Support service department operations by ensuring timely delivery of required parts for repair orders.
• Uphold Audi’s premium brand standards of professionalism and customer care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional technical or business coursework preferred.
• 1–2 years of automotive parts experience (Audi, Volkswagen, or other luxury dealership experience strongly preferred).
• Familiarity with OEM parts cataloging and dealership DMS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record.

Salary Range – Riverside, CA

• $36,000 – $40,000/year ($18 – $19/hr).
