• Regional Sales Managers are employees who handle management of high-level sales related issues over a region composed of Sales Managers within the store. The RSM is responsible for the direction and supervision of Sales Managers, execution of sales and management, and motivation of the Sales Managers. Their role is to manage Sales Managers and conduct sales management, and act as a liaison between the company executives and sales managers involved in completing sales processes. • The primary objective and goal of the RSM is to manage and supervise effectively in-order-to get an average minimum of 25+ sales, each week for the region he/she is responsible for. They are to plan for the achievement of individual and regional targets, in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company. • Work schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM (Saturday when necessary)• Reports to the Director of Sales Regional Sales Manager is responsible for:ü Managing sales managers goals and performanceü Motivating and coaching sales managers ü Evaluating sales managers' performanceü Hiring of sales managersü Planning sales events ü Leading sales meeting once per month ü Sales commission reports ü Recruitment of sales managersü Reviewing performance to goalsü Marketing strategies within store/Regionü Visiting stores daily to ensure showrooms are fit for our customersü Communicating sales goals and expectations ü Weekly sales performance calls with sales managersü Keep current with trends/sales volume and good product mix throughout the Region üContribute and give input on upcoming future flyers and marketing design. ü Capable of multitasking / strong organizational skills / excellent customer service üHave market knowledge / problem solving skills / coaching skills / staffing skills / ü Phone shop trainingü Checking files from prior week's business ü Proficient on CRM and CRM ReportsSalary and Commission: (45K Salary) - *Commission based on average sales per week: (paid monthly after verified sales, approx. the 2nd week of following month.•25 sales per week = 500 week / 2,000 per month •26 sales per week = 550 week / 2,200 per month •27 sales per week = 600 week / 2,400 per month•28 sales per week = 650 week / 2,600 per month •29 sales per week = 700 week / 2,800 per month •30 sales per week = 750 week / 3,000 per month The Regional Sales Manager position is required to embrace and represent the Bestway's Bring It Values!•Caring•Integrity•Servant Leadership•Ownership•Fun
